Here’s a really quick snapshot about what’s going on in the Malibu Real Estate market.

Condo’s have finally hit a low enough price that several have gone in to escrow. Prices in the 300k range are starting to emerge and people are buying them for long term investments and Pepperdine rentals.

Malibu homes for sale that once were in the $5m+ range are selling in the $3.5m to $4m range. Several closed or are in escrow.

The high end is getting a lot of showings and some deals are starting to come together. My listing at Villa Cascata for $13,950,000 has had 8 showing s in the last few months.
