Malibu Real Estate Market Heats Up!

There has been a lot of activity on the short pay, bank owned, foreclosure properties this week in Malibu. One home came on the short pay list at $2.2m with over 6000 sq.ft., ocean views, and 3 acres of very usable land. The home received multiple offers and my guess is that it will close above asking. Another condo located right above the water at Zuma Beach came on the market at under $1m. It too received multiple offers too.
